Terms & Conditions

Welcome to darts. brussels! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services we
provide, including the use of our dartboards, the purchase of food and drinks, and any other
services available at our establishment located at Place Jourdan 60, 1040 Etterbeek. By using
our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Reservations and Cancellations

● Reservations: All reservations for dartboards must be made online, by phone, or in
person. A reservation is only final upon receipt of a confirmation.

● Payment: Payment for a dartboard reservation is required upon booking unless
otherwise agreed.

● Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the reserved time. If
a cancellation is not made in time, the cost of the reservation may be charged.

2. Rules of Conduct

● Respect: We expect all guests to treat each other, our staff, and the bar’s property with
respect.

● Age Limit: The minimum age for alcohol consumption is 18 years. We reserve the right
to ask for a valid ID.

● Vandalism: Intentional damage to the bar’s property, including the dartboards, TVs and their
surroundings, will result in immediate removal and may lead to a claim for damages.

● Dangerous Behavior: Inappropriate behavior, including aggression, intimidation, or
throwing darts outside the designated lanes, will not be tolerated and may result in
immediate removal from the bar.

3. Use of Dartboards and Equipment

● Safety: It is the user’s responsibility to use the dartboards and associated equipment in
a safe manner. Always follow the instructions of the staff.

● Damage to Equipment: Darts, dartboards, TVs, and surroundings are inspected before and after use. In the
event of wrongful damage by the user, the cost of repair or replacement may be
charged.

● Personal Equipment: Guests may bring their own darts, provided they comply with
generally accepted standards and do not cause damage to the dartboards.

4. Liability

● Personal Belongings: darts. brussels is not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of
personal belongings. Users are responsible for their own property.

● Personal Injury: Use of our facilities is at your own risk. darts. brussels is not liable for
injuries resulting from the use of the dartboards or other facilities.

5. Miscellaneous

● Payments: We accept the following payment methods: cash, Visa (debit & credit), and
Mastercard (debit & credit).

● Surveillance: We use video surveillance in and around our establishment for the safety
of our guests and staff.

● Right of Entry: We reserve the right to refuse or deny entry to our bar to anyone who
does not comply with these Terms.
